Akito Watabe

Akito Watabe (born 1988) is a Japanese nordic combined skier from Hakuba-mura, Nagano. He is a two-time silver medal Olympian (2014 Sochi and 2018 PyeongChang) winning the individual normal hill/10 km Nordic combined event. He came in first as overall individual for FIS World Cup Nordic Combined 2017-2018 season and second overall individual for the 2018-2019 season. He won the bronze medal in the 2019 World Cup.
