Winter Down Jackets Styling Guide

The GORE-TEX Hooded Down Jacket has a fashionably simple aesthetic that is ideal for both city wear and harsh weather. Despite the volume of down, the coat’s firm cotton-like outer material keeps it from looking too bulky. The soft inner lining made of Pertex Quantum makes it extremely comfortable for all-day wear.

My favorite aspect of this jacket is the materials used throughout. From the GORE-TEX 2L outer to the Kodenshi Down, this is a tough, yet beautiful jacket built for anything you throw at it.

I would recommend this jacket to anyone looking for a new do it all winter jacket that looks just as good in the mountains as it does in the city.

The jacket feels very light and very warm when worn. I am also a big fan of the design elements such as the integrated neck warmer and the shiny look.

The neck warmer is my favorite feature of the jacket. I also like the silhouette of the jacket a lot, because it is a super comfortable and boxy cut and also the complete neck is well protected, and you don’t even need a scarf during the winter.

I wear the jacket daily on any occasion and would recommend this to everyone.

I like to wear the jacket with CORDURA Stretch Cargo Pants or Corduroy Pants. For the tops,I would recommend Micro Fleece Half Zip or the Brushed Loopback Sweater.

This is a high spec, yet simply designed down coat made with firm cotton-like GORE-TEX fabric and filled with KODENSHI down. It looks bulky, but the silhouette is light and sleek when worn.

The hood and inner collar are tightly insulated, and the pockets have built-in hand warmer, which I like because of the attention to detail for protection from cold.

I like to wear in the city decorated with Christmas lights or for a winter ski trip.

Light knit tops such as Women’s Engineered Layer Knit Top would go well. For pants, I recommend wool pants or Corduroy Pants for balanced styling.

I enjoy its loose silhouette filled with warm down. The shiny fabric has water-resistance coating which makes it great for rain or snow days.

I like the classic 90’s-inspired style with its roomy silhouette and wide baffles!

It’s water-repellent and the volume of the down provides excellent heat retention, so it’s great to wear in the city, but I’m excited to wear this in the snowy mountains.

Because of its volume, light jersey tops like Thermal L/S T-shirt would be good inside, but since this Jacket does not have a hood, Brushed Loopback Hoodie is also recommended. As for shoes, I would recommend low tech sneakers or skate sneakers to match with the classic look!
