We have released a new ski wear collection designed in collaboration with KAPTAIN SUNSHINE, a Japanese heritage clothing brand helmed by the renowned designer Shinsuke Kojima on December 13th. The collection, called “Snow Dwellers,” is comprised of four pieces, each of which combines the high-tech properties of Goldwin products and the old-school design of KAPTAIN SUNSHINE.
“Working with Kojima on this special collection has been a very natural and fulfilling process,” states Goldwin’s representative. “Kojima embodies Goldwin’s roots in the mountains–he’s been a passionate skier since he was very young, and he even grew up on the slopes of a major Japanese ski destination, Hakuba Village, Nagano. Naturally, his upbringing in the mountains has deeply influenced his approach to apparel design, and we’re proud to have worked with him on this very meaningful project that exemplifies the best of Goldwin and KAPTAIN SUNSHINE.”
