C3fit Compression Long Tights & Calf Sleeves have a graduated compression, which gives the highest compression at the ankle that gradually relaxes through calf to thigh. This added pressure to leg muscles supports its fluid-pumping action that facilitates circulation of blood from the leg to flow back to the upper body, promoting healthy blood flow to expedite the recovery process. Its effect is extremely helpful in alleviating unwanted leg swelling, as well as in recovery during- post workouts.
The compression design stabilizes leg muscle and suppresses muscle vibration during exercise.
